Always demand for Detailed Bill for Every Services from Builder / R.W.A. / Concerned Authority. Demand for Detailed Bill of Society Maintenance / Power Back Up Charges etc. Always Take & Read Copy of Income and Expenditure of the Society.  Fix Solar Plants on Entire Roof of the Society to Save Money & Nature . Governments are also doing Big Subsidies in All Solar Plants and that will Reduce the Power Back Up & Maintenance Charges. Good News from Supreme Court For all Home Buyers.

Dear Friends, As Per the Government's New Strategy and Initiative in favor of Home Buyers, Soon Everybody will get their delayed Dream Home / Property and Government will also take Hard Actions against the some Corrupt Builders . Recently Government had taken action against Amarpali / Unitech and some other Builders also. The pan-India home-buyers’ body Forum for People’s Collective Efforts ( F.P.C.E. ), based on the Supreme Court’s recent ruling in the matter of Amrapali Group , has approached the Prime Minister’s office to order forensic audits of all the housing projects that have been delayed for more than three years across the country .  FPCE’s demand for a forensic audit stems from the apex court’s Amrapali Group ruling that directed the government to take appropriate steps on a time-bound basis to do the needful to resolve the home buyers’ issues related to delayed delivery.
