After fulfillment of the basic need of ROTI & KAPDA , Everybody plan for a " SHELTER ".
Everybody have lots of FEELINGS AND DREAMS about their future "HOME SWEET HOME".
Everybody arrange money from various sources like " FAMILY LOAN - HOME LOAN - LOAN FROM FRIENDS - PERSONAL LOAN - LOAN FROM OFFICE etc... ".
After all the PLANNING and arrangement of all the money at any how , SOMEONE BOOK their " HOME SWEET HOME " in any Project with lots of DREAMS and EXPECTATIONS. After all the all Transactions a Person now become a HOME BUYER.
But at the time of BOOKING of the PROPERTY you will see the different FACES OF SOME BUILDERS,
and after BUYING the PROPERTY you will see different FACE with changed Behavior .
But the REAL CLIMAX will come at the Time of Possession or when the Builder will CROSS the limit of their Committed Time.
Now I will Explain You some Differences of some Builders Commitments Regarding " BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT " . PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITION BEFORE BUYING.

Now I will Explain You some Differences of some Builders Commitments Regarding " BUILDER BUYER AGREEMENT " . PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITION BEFORE BUYING.
- If the payment would be delayed from the BUYER SIDE than BUILDER will charged you PENALTY for the day also . BUT if BUILDER will delay the possession than they will not give you anything.
- IF BUYER will delay than the PENALTY would be Charged minimum 12% but if Builder will delay than Builder will not give you anything or BUILDER may mentioned approx Rs. 5 to 10 p.s.f. for the delay of project AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF COMMITMENT .
- DIFFERENCE between the QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION / AMENITIES at the time of BOOKING AND POSSESSION.
