Always demand for Detailed Bill for Every Services from Builder / R.W.A. / Concerned Authority. Demand for Detailed Bill of Society Maintenance / Power Back Up Charges etc. Always Take & Read Copy of Income and Expenditure of the Society. Fix Solar Plants on Entire Roof of the Society to Save Money & Nature . Governments are also doing Big Subsidies in All Solar Plants and that will Reduce the Power Back Up & Maintenance Charges.
